Controllers 

Our product line of controllers is oriented toward authorised WWS partners who want to quickly build their own MBR plants without difficulties but do not have the time to develop them.

Whether a small clarification plant or grey-water plant, for systems up to 50 residents the Aquacell® controller has the state-of-the-art technology. For the construction of compact plants (also container plants), we offer a completely pre-programmed solution based on Siemens S7 technology.

Aquacell®

The Aquacell® controller regulates all functions in a small clarification or grey-water plant, from the intake through biological pre-treatment and the membrane bio-reactor right up to the permeate outlet. Aside from monitoring all plant functions, display of filtration performance, and the display of operating hours, this controller also stores these values daily to a USB stick. This ensures unbroken documentation of the plant's operation.

MBR compact plant

The MBR compact controller from WWS is intended for mid-sized plants designed for 50 to about 10 000 residents (up to 1500 m³/day) and container clarification plants. This makes it possible for our partners to quickly implement a MBR plant. By virtue of integrated data recording and connection to a DSL modem, the on-site operator panel can be displayed on any PC anywhere in the world. At the request of our customers, we can therefore provide online support at any time.

This controller can control the entire clarification plant, from rake to permeate outlet. Thus we safeguard the trouble-free functionality of the entire system. An onsite touchscreen can be used to call up individual component functions and all data.
